RNB Car Controller - Unity

This controller allows you to create and control a basic vehicle with fully configurable, semi-arcade-like physics.

This controller is composed of a single rigidbody and four wheel colliders. It uses the wheel colliders inside the Unity 3D game engine to set up the car physics.

The car controller is easy to setup and includes full and detailed commented source code.

Controls



Install instructions

1 - Start a new proyect in Unity

2 - Go to Assets/Import Package/Custom Package 

3 - Select the file RNBCarController.unitypackage

4 - A warning message will appear. If you want to overwrite your current project settings select "Import". This way you can use my input settings with a gamepad setup ready. Otherwise, if you want to leave your project settings intact, select "Switch Project".

5 - That's it !
